Craft Kitchen Closing :( & 3/50 Project

This is a sad post about another small independent store closing. The Craft Kitchen in Santa Ana opened a year ago by Nicole of Random Nicole, who is also one of the founders of the Patchwork Festival. They will be closing shop next month. The Craft Kitchen was the go to place for unique handmade gifts, clothing and art. They also hosted craft classes including everything from screen printing to knitting. We are so sad to see her go, but it's not too late to stop in and get the goods while they're still there. Below is the closing info. Please stop in if you can.

It's a tough economy, but if we all try to get the things we need from our independent neighborhood retailers we keep $$ in our communities. Check out the 3/50 Project, a simple way to really do something to help get our economy and communities get back on track.
